By accessing or using the Insight Horizons website ("Website"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, subscribers, and others who access or use the Website ("Users").
2. Description of Services
Insight Horizons provides market analytics tools, educational content, and trading education coaching services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services include, but are not limited to:
- The Sentinel Market Analytics Stack, including the Broad-Based Indicator (BBI), Tail Risk Monitor (TRM), and Market Regime Indicator (MRI) dashboards
- Daily Market Sentiment reports
- Trading education and coaching programs
- Educational articles, analyses, and commentary
3. Disclaimer of Investment Advice
THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY INSIGHT HORIZONS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING CONTAINED ON THIS WEBSITE OR IN ANY MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES INDIVIDUALIZED OR SPECIFIC INVESTMENT ADVICE, A RECOMMENDATION, OR AN OFFER OR SOLICITATION TO BUY OR SELL ANY SECURITY, FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT, OR INVESTMENT PRODUCT.
Insight Horizons is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Insight Horizons does not provide personalized investment advice and does not manage client assets. No fiduciary relationship is created between Insight Horizons and any User by virtue of accessing or subscribing to the Services.
The market analytics tools, gauges, indicators, sentiment reports, and other content provided through the Services reflect general market conditions and are made available to all subscribers on a non-personalized basis. They are published under the publisher exemption of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and are not tailored to any individual User's financial situation, risk tolerance, investment objectives, or specific circumstances.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms
6a. Subscription Plans
Insight Horizons offers paid subscription plans that provide access to premium content and dashboard features. Subscription plans, pricing, and included features are described on the Website and may be changed at the sole discretion of Insight Horizons.
6b. Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate in effect at the time of your subscription. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize Insight Horizons to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
6c. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium content through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
6d. Refund Policy
Insight Horizons offers a 7-day refund policy for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. Refund requests after the 7-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests should be directed to cs.insighthorizons@gmail.com.
6e. Price Changes
Insight Horizons reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect on their account. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
7. User Accounts
7a. Account Creation
To access premium content, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
7b. Account Restrictions
Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access the Services through your account. Insight Horizons reserves the right to terminate accounts that are found to be shared or used in violation of these Terms.
7c. Account Termination
Insight Horizons reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, indicator methodologies, gauge designs, and dashboard layouts, is the property of Insight Horizons or its content providers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Website without the prior written consent of Insight Horizons, except for your own personal, non-commercial use as a subscriber.
The Sentinel Analytics Stack, BBI (Broad-Based Indicator), TRM (Tail Risk Monitor), MRI (Market Regime Indicator), and related indicator names, methodologies, and designs are proprietary to Insight Horizons.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INSIGHT HORIZONS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
- Any investment or trading decisions made based on information provided through the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
IN NO EVENT SHALL INSIGHT HORIZONS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO INSIGHT HORIZONS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
INSIGHT HORIZONS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Insight Horizons, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Services
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right
- Any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Ohio. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN INSIGHT HORIZONS AND YOU INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
If you believe that content on the Website infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to cs.insighthorizons@gmail.com containing: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (b) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Website; (c) your name, address, telephone number, and email address; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
15. Modifications to Terms
Insight Horizons reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be posted on the Website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Financial Disclaimer, and any applicable Coaching Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Insight Horizons regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
